Workplace Discrimination Limitation

Some of the things that can be done to limit or eliminate discrimination in the workplace is that an employer should have a firm, strong policy regarding no discrimination and should enforce that policy. The employer shouldn’t allow minor name-calling or harassment taking place, thinking that it’s only high jinks in the workplace. So really the burden is on the employer to make sure it’s employees comply with the anti-discrimination policies it may have in place.  After all, a policy is worthless if it’s not enforced by the employer.
