Christopher J. Ross, Esquire, joined the firm in September 2020, following a clerkship with the Honorable Judge William F. Ziegler in Superior Court Criminal Division, Vicinage 15. Prior to that, he externed with the Honorable United States Magistrate Joel Schneider in the District of New Jersey. He is a Cum Laude graduate from Rutgers Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor. During his years at Rutgers Law School, Christopher served as a Law Guardian through the Rutgers Child and Family Advocacy Clinic, a Legal Writing Fellow and as the Business Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion where his work was published. His practice focuses primarily on employment law, municipal and criminal defense and the defense of law enforcement officers in internal affairs and civil rights matters.
Christopher serves as the public defender in the Woolwich Joint Municipal Court, serving Woolwich and South Harrison Townships and the Franklin Joint Municipal Court serving Franklin and Newfield Townships, and is also an approved attorney in the FOP legal defense fund.
Christopher is a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He has spent the majority of his life in Gloucester County and currently continues to reside there.
