Niki Arbittier, Esquire, has been representing people injured by negligence in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2000. With a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Trenton State College and her J.D. and M.B.A. from Temple University, Ms. Arbittier has handled cases ranging from automobile negligence to medical malpractice and complex pharmaceutical litigation such as claims for injuries from Vioxx and other dangerous products. Ms. Arbittier also spent four years with the State of New Jersey where she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the State Comptroller’s Office.
In addition to representing plaintiffs who have been injured as a result of negligence, Ms. Arbittier is also the Municipal Prosecutor for the Pilesgrove Joint and Mid-Salem Joint Municipal Courts in Salem County, where she resides. She is also the Solicitor for the Townships of Alloway, Oldmans, Pilesgrove, and Quinton in Salem County as well as the Salem County Pollution Control Financing Authority.
