Micole C. Sparacio, Esq.
Micole C. Sparacio joined The Vigilante Law Firm, P.C., as an Associate Attorney, in 2015. Her practice focuses on defending law enforcement professionals faced with administrative disciplinary charges varying from suspension, demotion to termination. She counsels law enforcement professionals on how to successfully defend an internal affairs investigation. She is an approved Attorney on the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Legal Defense Plan.
Ms. Sparacio graduated, with honors, from Widener University School of Law (Delaware Law School). Prior to joining The Vigilante Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Sparacio served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable John. R. Rauh, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Cape May County.
Ms. Sparacio is a member in good standing of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar. She is currently a member of the American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice, the Gloucester County Bar Association, and the Cumberland County Bar Association. She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Sparacio currently resides with her husband in Deerfield Township, NJ where she is active in her community.
