Alexis S. Talbot, Esq. is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Prior to her transition to The Vigilante Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Talbot began her career with a judicial clerkship for the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable David Morgan, P.J.Cv. Ms. Talbot was also subsequently part of a midsize general litigation defense firm and a regional creditors rights firm in Center City Philadelphia.
Ms. Talbot’s practice at The Vigilante Law Firm, P.C. focuses on defending law enforcement professionals faced with administrative disciplinary charges varying from suspension, demotion to termination. Ms. Talbot also represents individuals and small businesses and a variety of legal matters, including employment law, criminal matters, personal injury, real estate, and estate planning.
Ms. Talbot attended Rutgers University, in Camden, New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. While at Rutgers, Ms. Talbot was involved as an intern at the Department of Student Affairs and helped managed the joint venture between Rutgers and Camden County at the Camden County Boathouse. During this time, she also studied abroad in London, England.
Ms. Talbot earned her J.D. at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Drexel, Ms. Talbot participated in several annual internship programs, volunteered in the Appellate Litigation Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern, and was a legal intern and research assistant in the Office of General Counsel for Philadelphia Housing Authority.
Ms. Talbot resides in Woodbury, NJ. In her spare time, Ms. Talbot enjoys powerlifting, training martial arts, and ice skating.
